切除阑尾与溃疡性结肠炎负相关——推荐预防性阑尾切除术还为时过早 被引量：1

摘要 1987年一项对儿童期炎性肠道疾病发病因素的研究意外发现并首次报道了阑尾切除与溃疡性结肠炎发病风险之间存在着负相关。然而，目前人们对二者关系感兴趣的主要原因是1994年的一项病例对照研究，该研究报道只有0．6％的溃疡性结肠炎病人在疾病得到诊断前切除了阑尾，而在整形外科诊所的对照人群是25．4％。相应的比值比为0．02。因此人们相信阑尾切除可以预防溃疡性结肠炎的发生。但事实果真如此吗？
