摘要
油菜甾醇内酯(Brassinolide,1)是一种高效的植物生长促进剂,其活性与侧链C<sub>2</sub>2,C<sub>2</sub>3邻二羟基的构型密切相关,当C<sub>22</sub>,C<sub>23</sub>为S,S构型时,其活性仅为1的10%左右,在油菜甾醇内酯(1)及其同类物的合成中,C<sub>22</sub>,C<sub>23</sub>邻二羟基的引入多采用OsO<sub>4</sub>氧化法,但所得的主要产物却是非期望的C<sub>22</sub>S,C<sub>23</sub>S-二羟基化合物。
The oxidation of 2 with Thallium triacetate in acetic acid was studied. The cis-glycol(22S, 235), identical with the major product from Osmium tctraoxide oxidation, was obtained with 62% yield. The mechanism of the oxidation reaction was discussed.
