静脉注射全氟化碳乳剂对急性肺损伤大鼠肺的保护作用 被引量：3

摘要 研究表明．以全氟化碳（PFC）为呼吸介质的完全液体通气（1]LV）及部分液体通气（PLV）能有效改善急性肺损伤（ALI）及急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）的气体交换，提高肺顺应性。减轻肺内病理损伤。TLV、PLV均需在建立人工气道后将PFC导入肺内进行治疗，故无法对早期尚未插管的AU患者进行干预。根据PFC主要是通过肺呼吸排出体外的代谢特性，设想通过静脉注射PFC，
