摘要 [目的]去除蔬菜有机氯和菊酯类残留检测前处理中色素及其它杂质的干扰。[方法]在实验的基础上,对GB/T5009.146—2003中原吸附剂的粒度、活化去活化条件、用量及装柱技术进行了改进。[结果]脱色及去除其它杂质效果良好,在0.002—1.0mg/Kg添加范围内的回收率为95%~110%。[结论]本方法净化效果好,并具有良好的灵敏度、回收率和重现性。 The method was established to reduce the disturbing of coloring matters and other impurities in the determination of organochlorines and pyrethroid pesticides by GC. The granularity of sorbent, the condition of activation and deactivation, dosage and the technique of filling column were developed, based on GB/T 5009.146-2003 method. In the range of 0.002-1.0mg/kg, the recoveries were 95%-110%. The method has better clean effect with good sensitivity, recovery and Reproducibility,
