研究生群体有其自身的特点。从探讨做好党建工作的意义、分析研究生思想特点的基础上,有针对性的加强研究生党建工作,探索符合研究生特点的工作思路和工作方法。

Postgraduate education is an important guarantee to the strategy for using science,education and intellectuals to poster China. Postgraduates are the builders and successors of the Party and the cause of the country. They have their own characteristics. The present paper explores the significance of building the Party well and analyzes the features of their thoughts to strengthen the work, then suggests suitable ways of thinking and methods for it.
