According to the actual teaching, the teaching reform and content integration of biochemical engineering course in the research of integrated biotechnical courses are reviewed in this article. The rudimental requirement of the teaching reform is to train the skill of experimental design, to intensify the engineering thought, to broad the scope of major and to preserve biochemical characteristics. Furthermore, the purpose of the teaching reform is to optimize the teaching process, to improve the teaching quality and to culture qualified students.
