摘要
高校办社会已成为制约高等教育发展的瓶径,为加快高等教育的发展,以满足社会对人才的需求,高校后勤必须引入市场经济机制,从学校中剥离,走向社会。这项改革对传统的高校管理体制产生了重大影响。尤其是在财务管理体制、资产管理方式、预算管理模式、约束机制等方面发生了许多变化,由此产生了诸多新的财务关系。只有正确认识和理解改革过程中发生的变化,妥善处理各种关系,并在理论上和实践中不断探索,才能使后勤社会化改革健康发展。
Socialization innovation in university has become the bottleneck that seriously restricted the development of higher education, therefore, in order to quicken the development of higher education, and to meet the need of genius of the society ,market economy system must be introduced into the university logistics so as to be departed from the university and work independently. This social innovation has a profound influence on the traditional administration system of the university, especially in the financial affairs system, assets administration, budget administration mode, and restriction system as well, as a result, a lot of financial connections have appeared. Only by knowing and understanding the changes during the social innovation, dealing with various kinds of connections appropriately, and constantly probing both in theory and practice can social innovation of university logistics develop healthily and smoothly.
