Global Culture-An Extending Concept——An Analysis of International Relations from the Perspective of Culture

从文化的概念上看,同质的全球文化是存在的,是文化在传统区域内不断向外拓展的结果。全球化社会密切的交往产生人类新的认同,为全球文化的建立奠定了基础,但与民族文化相比,它还只是雏形,远未成熟。全球政治文化则是国际政治的生存环境,权力仅仅是全球文化诸多来源之一,它还来源于人们预期、理想、道德法则,以及历史传统等。由此,权力不是万能的,它还要受到文化的制约,并与文化一起影响世界政治与国际关系,世界如人的本质一样是多维度的,这是我们研究世界政治与国际关系的出发点。本文从文化概念出发,力图建立一种关于国际政治与国际关系的综合解释模式。
