This paper briefly distinguishes between the lexical meanings of ＂Quan＂and ＂Zheng＂first, analyses in detail the categories of the noun modified by ＂Zheng（ge）＋N＂and ＂Quan＋N＂, and their different focus in meaning and cognitive perspective.
