德国的高等专科学校(Fachhochschule)是德国培养高等技术人才的一个主要部门。它以培养实用型高级技术人才和管理人才为目标,在培养模式上具有注重实践动手能力、以市场为导向培养人才和学企共建等特点。为德国培养了大量第一线的高素质工程技术人才。我国正处在改革发展的阶段,高级技术人才缺乏成为经济发展的瓶颈,德国高专的这种模式对我国高等专科教育、职业培训等方面提供了有益的启示。

The ＂Faehhochsehule＂ in Germany is a main section to train senior technicians. It aims at training practical senior technicians and managers, and lays stress on practical ability. Guided by the market it has provided a lot of high quality technicians for the workshops. Now in China, we are in the stage of reform and developmen4 and the short of senior technicians has become the bottleneck of the economy development. The mode in Germany set us a good example in the vocational education in China.
