摘要
介绍了一种完全不析水的BLW型卡拉胶的生产新方法。以海藻为原料,经碱处理工序后,对海藻进行轻度醚化再经蒸煮交联,精制、凝胶、压榨、干燥、粉碎制成产品。提高了卡拉胶的提取率,完全改善了卡拉胶凝胶易收缩析水等缺陷。
A new producing technology BLW- type carrageen without separating water was introduced in this article. After the processing of alkaline pre- treating, etherifying lightly, streaming, crosslinking, refining, freezing, drying and shivering were carried out gradually to the algae, the products were acquired. The extraction rate of carrageen was increased, while some shortcomings such as that the gel of the carrageen being prone to bleeding water and shrinking were improved under the above method.
