摘要
为了优化苦皮藤中二氢沉香呋喃倍半萜类化合物分离纯化的方法,应用正相及反相高压制备柱层析相结合的方法进行分离纯化,以TLC及HPLC确定制备流动相条件并跟踪检测其分离效果.结果表明,对苦皮藤中富含二氢沉香呋喃倍半萜类化合物部分进行分离的过程中,采用正相、反相高压制备柱层析交替进行的方法最为有效.通过该方法,已得到两个二氢沉香呋喃倍半萜类化合物,纯度均在95%以上.
Isolation and purification of dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpene in Celastrus angulatus was preformed with normal-phase and reserve-phase high performance liquid chromatography and detected with TLC and HPLC. The best method for isolation and purification of β-dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpene in Celastrus angulatus is alternate normal-phase and reserve-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Two compounds with the purity higher than 95% were obtained with this method.
