摘要
以吡啶分子为探针,使用红外光谱法测定了不同阴离子型的咪唑类离子液体的酸性.并以此类离子液体为催化剂研究了乙醇和乙酸酯化生成乙酸乙酯的反应.结果表明,n(乙酸)∶n(乙醇)∶n([OMIm]HSO4)=1∶1.5∶0.2条件下,60℃,反应4 h,乙酸的转化率为84.3%,乙酸乙酯的收率为84.2%,[OMIm]HSO4离子液体经真空干燥后重复使用3次,催化活性保持不变.
The acidity of different ionic solutions was investigated by IR spectroscopy with pyridine as probes. Synthesis of ethylacetate catalyzed by limidazolium ionic liquids (ILs) with different anions was studied. The conversion rate of acetic acid was 84. 3% and ethyl acetate yield was 84.2% under the following conditions: n(aceticacid) : n(ethanol) : n([OMIm]HSO4) = 1 : 1. 5 : 0.2, reaction temperature 60 ℃, reaction time 4 h. The [OMIm]HSO4 ionic solution could be used 3 times repeatedly and no remarkable loss in the conversion rate and selectivity was observed.
