摘要
通过在聚丙烯(PP)中引入超支化聚合物形成共混体系,对超支化聚合物与聚丙烯共混后的性质进行了研究.结果表明,共混体系为非牛顿假塑性流体,随着超支化聚合物含量增大,表观黏下降,非牛顿流动指数降低,加工温度下降.超支化聚合物质量分数为2%时,拉伸强度上升约10%.
The blending system containing hyperbranched polymer and polypropylene was prepared and characterized. The blend systems were non-Newtonian and shear-thinning fluid. The apparent viscosity, the non-Newtonian fluid index and processing temperature decreased with the increasing hyperbranched polymer content. The tensile strength was increased by about 10; when the content of hyperbranched polyamide was 2%.
