摘要
通过木素磺酸钙与丙烯酰胺接枝反应的正交试验得出接枝反应的最佳工艺条件,在此基础上探讨了不同的引发体系及用量、物料浓度等因素对产品性能的影响,所得接枝物的特性黏数为20.5 mg.L-1,相对分子质量可达770万,接枝率为240.7%,接枝效率为60.4%,并对接枝产物结构作了红外光谱表征.
The process of grafting reaction was studied through the orthogonal experiments. The different initiators, initiator content and concentration of reactant were examined as important factors on the product properties, The products with intrinsic viscosity of 20. 5 mg · L^-1, relative molecule weight of 7.7 million were obtained in the optimum case, in which the graft ratio is 240. 7% and the grafting efficiency is 62.4%.
