摘要 以霍尔电流传感器和数据采集卡为硬件基础,虚拟仪器软件LabWindows/CVI为开发平台,采用FFT、多线程、双缓存、DMA等技术设计并制作了一款交变电流源质量分析仪。该仪器能够精确测量交变电流真有效值、频率、失真度,实时显示电流波形和频谱图,功能与同类台式仪器相比并不逊色而成本却大大降低了。 With the rapid development of computer, electronics and communication technologies, virtual instrument technology has been the latest trend of the measurement and test techniques. In this paper, an AC constant current source analyzer based on virtual instrument technology is introduced, which adopts Hall current transducer and data acquisition card as hardware, LabWindows/CVI as software development tool. FFT, multi-thread, double-buffer, DMA technologies are applied in the software design. This analyzer is able to measure the true root mean square value (true RMS), frequency as well as distortion factor of an alternating current precisely, and display the current waveform and spectrum graph in real time. Compared with traditional devices of the same kind, its function is not in the shade, but the cost comes down greatly.
