摘要 应用微波技术进行正交试验设计和Duncan法检验,确立了山茶花红色素的最佳提取条件。结果表明,用1:8(g/mL)的95%乙醇水溶液,微波功率684W,提取时间110s,提取次数3次,提取效率较好。在此条件下色素的提取率为84.7%,产率为2.7%。与溶剂浸提法相比,微波法提取每次提取时间由常规浸提的2h减小为110s,提取率从81.8%增加到84.7%。 In this paper, the optimal conditions of extracting red pigment from Camellia japonica L. s was determined by microwave through orthogonal experiment and Duncan's test. The results showed that the extraction rate was 84.7% and yield was 2.7%.when the ratio of 95% C2H5OH and water was 1:8 (g/mL) at microwave power 684 W for 110 s. Compared with the normal solvent extraction, the microwave extraction time could he reduced from 2h to 0.09h, and the extraction yield could he increased from 81.8% to 84.7%.
