摘要
在测定啤酒甲醛含量的过程中,试剂水、pH值、乙酰丙酮试剂、加热温度、显色时间和样品预处理等因素对空白值具有一定的影响,从而降低了测定结果的可靠性。并对影响因素进行了探讨,提出了提高测定结果可靠性的对策。
In the measurement of the formaldehyde in the beer, the dependability of determining will reduce due to the influenced factors including reagent water, pH value, acetyl aceton, heated temperature, chromogenic time and sample pretreatment influenced the blank-value. In this paper, the influenced factors have been discussed thoroughly and new countermeasure has been proposed to increase the dependability.
