炎症性肠病的免疫抑制与免疫重建 被引量：1

摘要 近年来国内炎症性肠病（IBD）的发病率逐渐增高，传统的治疗方法对多数患者有效。然而随着病例的增加，一些常规治疗效果差甚至无效的患者亦逐渐增加，文献报道有30％～60％的IBD患者为难治性IBD或激素依赖性IBD，其中有些患者甚至对补救措施的免疫抑制剂如硫唑嘌呤、巯嘌呤（MP）、环孢素亦无效，
