冠心病患者外周血内皮祖细胞与LDL-C的相关性分析及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者外周血内皮祖细胞(EPCs)与低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)的关系及临床意义。方法55例经冠状动脉造影证实的冠心病患者(冠心病组)和32例经冠状动脉造影证实的非冠心病患者(对照组),采用流式细胞术分析外周血EPCs,同时检测LDL-C。结果冠心病组外周血EPCs较对照组显著降低,LDL-C较对照组显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);冠心病组外周血EPCs与LDL-C呈负相关关系(r=-0.656,P〈0.01)。结论冠心病患者外周血EPCs与LDL-C呈负相关关系,升高的LDL-C是外周血EPCs降低的原因之一,提示提高外周血EPCs可降低LDL-C,减少心血管危险事件的发生。 Objective To study the relationship between circulating endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) and plasma low density lipoprotein-cholesterol( LDL-C) in patients with coronary artery dis- ease(CAD). Methods Circulating EPCs was determinated by flow cytometry assay in 55 patients with CAD(CAD group) and 32 patients without CAD(control group), and also measured plasma concentration of LDL- C. Results In CAD group, the number of circulating EPCs was (0.033 ±0.014) %, which was much lower than that(0.054 ±0.013) % in control group( P〈 0.01). The level of plasma concen-tration of LDL-C was(3.10 ±0.42)mmol/L in CAD group, which was much higher than that (2.63 ±0.43) mmol/L in control group(P 〈 0.01). The number of circulating EPCs was correlated inversely with plasma concentration of LDL-C in CAD group( r = -0.656,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion In patients with CAD, higher LDL-C level may be one of the reasons why circulating EPCs is lower.
