铁矿渣矿化剂对硅微粉结合的SiC窑具材料晶相结构和性能的影响

摘要 在硅微粉结合的SiC窑具材料中添加不同含量的铁矿渣,铁矿渣中的Fe2O3在高温下形成一定数量的液相,能使硅微粉析出的α—方石英转变为稳定的α—磷石英,提高窑具材料的热稳定性和强度,延长使用寿命。主要探讨不同含量的铁矿渣对窑具材料析晶组成的影响,采用XRD法和SEM法确定各试的晶相结构和显微结构。实验结果表明,确定0.4wt%铁矿渣为最佳加入量,其对应的α—SiC含量为85.6wt%,g-鳞石英量为14.4wt%,抗折强度:25.06MPa,10次抗折强度保持率为83.26%,气孔率为18.51%,吸水率为0.89%。 Iron-ore slag mineralization agent of different amount content is added into the SiC kiln materials made from silicon micro powder. Fe2O3 contained in mineralization agent can form certain liquid phase at high temperature, which can transform a- cristobalite, which has been crystallized from silicon dust, into stable tridymite. In this way, the kiln material' s thermal stability and intensity can be enhanced, and its service life is lengthened. Herein in this article, influences of iron ore slag mineralizer in different amount on the crystallization composition of kiln materials are discussed. X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) are applied to test the crystal phase structure and microstructures. The experimental results indicate that, iron-ore slag with the amount content of 0.4wt% is the best choice. Correspondingly, the content of a-SiC is 85.6wt%, g-tridymite is 14.4wt %, bending strength is 25.06MPa, bending strength stability after 10 thermal shock times is 83.26%, porosity is 18.51%, water absorption rate is 0.89%.
