Comparison between Steam-line Blowing by Steady Pressure and That by Step-down Pressure on Supercritical Once-through Boilers

鉴于超临界直流锅炉的蒸汽吹管采用稳压吹管或降压吹管各有优缺点,为此,对超临界锅炉稳压蒸汽吹管及降压蒸汽吹管的工艺流程、参数及两者之间的差异进行详细的分析和研究。结论是机组采用何种吹管方式,取决于机组条件,在条件允许的情况下,宜优先选择稳压吹管。

Steady pressure method and step-down pressure method of steam-line blowing on supercritical once-through boilers have their respective advantages and disadvantages. This paper detailedly analyzes the technological process and parameters of the two methods, comparing the differences between them. It is concluded that which method to choose depends on the conditions of the unit, and steam-line blowing by steady pressure should be given prior consideration if conditions permit.
