高职院校学生成就动机特点的调查与分析

Survey and Analysis on the Achievement Motivation of College Students

通过对高职院校学生成就动机的发展特点进行了分析,并与普通高校大学生进行比较,发现高职院校学生与普通高校学生成就动机水平未见显著差异;高职院校学生成就动机在性别、年级、专业上都有显著差异,在城乡上无显著差异。

The Achievement motivation of college students is analyzed in this paper, which is compared with that of university students. This paper concludes that there is no much difference of the achievement motivation between college students and university students. At the same time, the achievement motivation of college students mainly depends on the gender, grade and specialty, but there is no definite difference between city and countryside.
