The Classify and Identifying Method of Risk Sources in Equipment Management

危险源的识别是整个设备风险管理的首要问题,设备风险管理的实质是对危险源的管理。对危险源的深入分析可以使企业掌握危险源的具体位置和作用机理,有助于设备管理部门发现设备事故发生的根本原因并提出相应改进措施。本文从管理角度出发,将危险源分为三类,即物质性危险源、管理性危险源和控制性危险源,最后,给出了危险源辨识流程和辨识方法。

The identification of risk sources is the most important problem in equipment management. Deep analysis of risk sources can make the enterprise master the exact position and mechanism of it which helps the equipment management department find the reasons of accident and put forward proper improving measures. From the aspect of management, the paper clarified risk sources into three kinds： material risk sources; management and control risk sources. At last, the paper puts forward the countermeasure of these problems.
