云南松树皮提取物抗氧化活性的研究

Studies on Antioxidative Activity of Pinus Yunnansis Franch Extracts

利用分光光度法和ESR法检测了云南松树皮提取物的抗氧化性能,并将其应用于降低香烟烟气自由基的研究。结果表明,松树皮提取物对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除率达76.1%和84.1%,对脂质过氧化抑制率为89.5%;当在香烟中添加50μL0.2%的松树皮提取物时,可以降低烟气中气相自由基64.1%、粒相自由基43.9%。松树皮提取物具有较强的抗氧化活性。

Antioxidative activity of Pinus Yunnansis Franch extracts have been tested by spectrophotometric method and ESR, and using it to reduce free radical in cigarette smoke. The result showed：Scavoning percentage to hydroxyl radical and superoxide radical is up to 76.1% and 84.1% ,inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidantion is 89.5%. Reducing gas free radical, solid free radical and total free radical in cigarette smoke is up to 64.1%, 43.9%, 60.0% when adding 0.2% 50 μL Pinus Yunnansis Franch extracts.So Pinus Yunnansis Franch extracts has fine antioxidative activity.
