摘要
本文分别采用了高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法分析茵草敌原药。在ODS2柱上,以乙腈+水作为流动相,用可调波长紫外检测器波长为220nm;CP-8751毛细管柱,以正十四烷为内标物,FID检测器分别对茵草敌原药进行了定量分析。线性相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9999,变异系数分别为0.16%、0.12%。
HPLC and GC methods were developed for determination of EPTC using Hypersil ODS2 column, UV detector at 220nm and CP-8751 capillary column and tetradecane as internal standard, FID detector. The results showed that the standard deviations were 0.16 and 0.21, the variation coefficients were 0.17% and 0.22%. the average recoveries were 98.62%-101.36% and 98.69%-101.03%, the linear correlations were 0.999 8 and 0.999 9 for HPLC and GC respectively.
