摘要
将马来酸酐与聚乙烯进行反应,红外光谱显示马来酸酐接枝到聚乙烯分子链上,然后用马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯处理氢氧化铝表面,将马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯处理的氢氧化铝与聚乙烯熔融混合后,考察流变、力学、阻燃性能及微观形态变化。结果显示,采用适量马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯对氢氧化铝进行表面处理,可以改善体系混炼过程的熔体流动性,增强力学性能,但氧指数无显著变化;SEM测试显示氢氧化铝在聚乙烯基相中达到了更好的分散。
Maleic anhydride reacts with polyethylene (PE-g-MAH)and FTIR spectra proves maleic anhydride is grafted to polyethylene. Aluminium trihydroxide(ATH) treated with the PE-g-MAH is melt and blended with polyethylene. The theological property, mechanical properties, fire retardance and morphology of PE/ATH composites are investigated. The data indicates that the theological and the mechanical properties are improved while ATH is treated with PE-g-MAH of the right dosage. However, the LOI is hardly changed. It is found that better dispersion is achieved when ATH is treated with PE-g-MAH under SEM.
