摘要
以美国附设于法院的ADR为考察对象,对其进行简单介绍和分析,进一步探讨美国法院附设ADR对构建我国多元化纠纷解决机制,尤其是重构我国法院调解制度的些许启示。
This paper introduces and analyses judicial ADR system in America. On the basis of these, the author further discusses how to refer this system to help our country rebuild the system of court mediation.
