以枣庄矿业集团公司绿塘煤矿中央回风斜井施工实践为例,论述了在遇水呈流塑、松散岩土条件下平硐施工中采用前探梁、超前探管作临时支护,架11^#工字钢棚+钢筋混凝土复合支护作永久支护的支护方法、支护工艺和施工方法、施工工艺以及取得韵效果,对类似工程的施工提供了一定的参考。
