摘要
目的研究并比较戴用分割式可摘局部义齿与普通可摘局部义齿在不同载荷下基牙牙周膜的应力情况。方法通过螺旋CT扫描获得上颌第二双尖牙、第一磨牙缺失伴基牙有Ⅰ度松动的患者的上颌二维断层图像,然后在ANSYS Workbench软件中分析由Pro/Engineer建立的模型。结果戴用分割式可摘局部义齿与普通可摘局部义齿在斜向、水平及垂直载荷下基牙牙周膜Von mises力的数值范围及分布情况均有明显差异。三种载荷下均为戴用分割式可摘局部义齿较小。结论分割式可摘局部义齿有效地起到了保护基牙的作用。这一设计对基牙有Ⅰ~Ⅱ度松动以及牙周健康状况不佳的患者是可行的。
Objective To investigate and compare the stress of abunnents periodontal membranes enduring different loads while wearing Separated Removable Partial Denture or Traditional Removable Partial Denture. Methods Making a scanning with spiral CT of a patient with Ⅰ° mobile abutments of AS,A6,B5,B6 and analyzing in the software of ANSYS Workbench about the 3-D models which were established in the software of Pro/Engineer. Results There were significant difference of stress value ranges and distributions between Separated Removable Partial Denture and Traditional Remoable Partial Denture about the abunnents periodontal membranes while enduring the oblique, horizontal of vertical loads. Those of Traditional Removable Partial Denture were larger. Conclusion It is feasible for the patients who have Ⅰ - Ⅱ° mobile abutments and/or suffer from a bad periodontal condition to apply the restorations of Separated Removable Partial Denture which is able to protect the abutments effectively.
