成都市城市居民跟骨超声结果的分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解成都市城区正常人群跟骨超声随年龄的变化,以及体重指数、绝经等对骨强度的影响。方法用定量超声仪对749例20岁及以上的不同年龄段人群行跟骨振幅的超声衰减(BUA)及超声声速(SOS)等参数的测定。结果女性峰值骨量跟骨振幅超声衰减(BUA)出现在40~49岁,超声声速(SOS)出现在20~29岁,而男性峰值骨量跟骨振幅超声衰减(BUA)、超声声速(SOS)出现在30~39岁,各年龄组男性的BUA、SOS均高于女性:BUA、SOS在绝经后妇女明显低于绝经前妇女,正常体重和超重组跟骨超声参数均高于低体重组。结论跟骨超声指标随年龄而变化;BMI高者可延缓骨强度的下降。 Objective To find out the changing pattem of quantitative ultrasound( QUS) with aging in urban areal in Chengdu, and to investigate the effects of body mass index ( BMI ) and menopause on bone strength. Methods Calcaneal parameters were measured in 749 Chengdu subjects aged 20 yeats and more than 20 years. Results The peak values of broadband ultrasound attenuation( BUA) and peak values of sound of speed (SOS) was in 40 ~ 49 yeats for female and in 30 - 39 years for male;the peak values of sound of speed ( SOS ) was in 20 ~ 29 years for female. BUA, SOS in male were greater than in female in different ages. BUA, SOS were significandy lower in postmenopausal woman than in premenpausal woman; and BUA of the obesity group were significandy higher than those of both the low weight group and normal weight group, normal weight group were higher than the low weight group. Conclusion BUA,SOS of calcaneus may change with age. High level of BMI can prevent bone strength decreasing.
