摘要
设备的延寿使用及维修计划的合理制定,依赖于其组成单元平均剩余寿命的客观评估.通过对不可修复产品平均剩余寿命的研究,基于产品平均剩余寿命的数学描述,利用可靠性及数理统计的基础知识,逐级推演,提出了适用于各种寿命分布类型的产品平均剩余寿命置信下限的一种评估方法,并结合工程实例进行了分析.使用该方法,利用产品的使用及寿命试验数据,即可对产品在给定概率下和正常工作一定时间后的平均剩余寿命置信下限进行评估,为延寿使用及维修计划的制定提供依据.
The prolong of equipment life and the repairement plans need reasonable decision, which is relied on the mean residue life of the components. According to the study of unrepairable product residue mean life, based on the mathematical description of the residue mean life and the basic knowledge of reliability and mathematical statistics, a method is deduced to assess the confidence lower limit for the mean residual life, and an engineering instance is analyzed. This method can be applied to the data of product usage and life test, namely, to access the confidence lower limit for the mean residual life under the condition of product normal working period at a certain given probability, which gives the reference for the plan of instrument life prolong and maintenance.
