摘要 以丙烯酸环氧树脂(AE)、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTM S)为单体,通过溶液聚合的方式合成了一种内聚能较大的新型有机硅聚醚多元醇,来改善聚氨酯软段的耐热性;研究了单体配比、反应温度、反应时间、引发剂量等因素对转化率的影响,得到了共聚物的较佳工艺条件;再通过氨类有机硅烷与聚氨酯预聚体进行反应,对聚氨酯进行硬段改性.结果表明:有机硅链节在软、硬段的引入可显著提高聚氨酯的耐热性. A novel organo-silicone polyether polyols, taking vinyltrimethoxysilane and acrylated epoxy resin as monomer, was synthesized by means of solution copolymerization. The purpose was to improve the performance of heat-resistance in flexible chain. The influence factors to the conversion of product were studied in detail, such as monomer ratio, reaction temperature and time, amount of initiator and so on . The optimal technological process about synthesizing copolymer was obtained. And the inflexible chain of polyurethane was modified by reacting silicone polymers containing amidogen with prepolymer of polyurethane. The results show that when the polyurethane in flexible and inflexible contains organosilicone chains, the polyurethane has characteristic of higher heat--resistance.
