摘要
采用双剪统一强度理论研究了拉压屈服强度不同的材料组合筒的最优过盈量问题,推导出了此类组合筒最优过盈量的计算公式.研究结果表明:当取b=0时,可得由库伦-莫尔屈服准则求得的结果;当b=0,α=1时,可得由mises屈服准则求得的拉压屈服强度相同的材料组合筒的最优过盈量问题的结果.由于一般金属材料的拉压强度不同,本文所得结论具有一般性.
Based on twin shear unified strength theory, the optimization interference assembly on the hollow circular combination cylinder for materials with different strength in tension and compression was studied. The formula of the interference assembly is presented. The results based on Coulomb--Mohr yield criterion and mises criterion are special cases of the present result when b=0,a=1. From the viewpoint of all metal materials having different strength in tension and compression, the results obtained in this paper are more general.
