A Study on Structure and Properties of HDPE/NBR Blends

摘要 本文对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)共混物的组成、结构、性能和相互作用进行了研究。实验结果表明:少量的NBR能大幅度提高HDPE的冲击韧性和耐环境应力开裂性能。WAXD显示NBR在共混物中呈现一定程度的取向;TEM显示NBR能以平均粒径为0.2 μm的尺寸分散于HDPE中,且形成较牢固的结合;DMA分析发现HDPE与NBR间相互作用而引起α、γ、T_(?)转变温度发生变化。本文对HDPE与NBR相互作用的机理进行了讨论。 The relationship between structure and properties of high density polyethylene (HDPE)/ acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) blends was studied. The results show that a small amount of NBR can greatly improve the environmental stress crack resistance(ESCR) and the impact strength of HDPE. WAXD reveals that NBR in the blends can give itself an orientation to a certain extent on the phase interface when NBR content is small. The particles of NBR with a side of 0. 2 μm (average size) can disperse in HDPE phase when NBR content is less than 20%, and can' t be extracted out with benzene, indicating that smaller NBR would favour entanglement with HDPE. The interaction between HDPE and NBR was identified by DMA. The scheme for the interaction between HDPE and NBR was proposed.
