摘要
以拮抗菌96-79为试验菌株进行发酵培养基的研究,比较不同碳、氮源对苹果褐斑病菌抑菌效果的影响,以便优化发酵培养基,降低发酵成本。通过L9(34)正交试验对碳氮组合进行优化,得到的优化培养基配方为:葡萄糖8 g/L、玉米粉15 g/L,黄豆饼粉15 g/L,发酵成本降低了33.7%,适合工业化生产。
The fermantiation media of an antagonistic bacterium 96-79 (Bacillus polyferrnenticus) was studied by comparing the inhibitive effects of carbon and nitrogen source to the fungi Diplocarpon real, a pathogen of apple brown spot. Based on the orthogonal experiment design, the formula optimal fermentation media was obtained with 8 g/L of dextrose, 15 g/L of corn flour and 15 g/L of soybean flour, which costs 33.7 % lower than the NYD media and is suitable for large scale production.
