手法复位空心螺钉固定治疗踝部骨折62例疗效观察

Manual reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw fixation for ankle fracture: A therapeutic-effect observation of 62 cases

采用手法复位经皮空心螺钉内固定的方法治疗踝部骨折62例，随访时间平均18个月，优良率达100％。认为本法具有创伤小、操作简单、固定可靠等优．点，可早期进行关节功能锻炼，有利于加速骨折愈合，可防止关节粘连，在骨折愈合的同时关节功能也恢复正常。

Sixty-two cases of ankle fracture were treated by manual reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw fixation. The follow-up of the patients av-eraged 18 montbs and showed an excellent-good rate of 100 %. The method could make early internal fixation and earIy functional exercises be insimultaneous progress, benefiting the speeding-up of fracture healing and the prevention of joint adhesion. The join function could be recovered tonormal simultaneously with fracture healing. This methed has several advantages, such as little injury, simple operation, reliable fixation. etc.
