摘要
为寻找理想的固定材料,并将固定和药物治疗有机地结合起来,取市售树脂、硬脂酸等化工产品,经加热融化后加入适量的纤维和中药粉,压制成0.3cm厚的板块,再根据骨折股体局部形状,塑制成类似关节套式的夹板,用于近关节骨折的治疗。经30例临床观察,表明该夹板可反复加热塑形,冷却后固定可靠,其消肿止痛和透X线性能明显优于石膏,固定效果良好。
In order to find the ideal materials for fixation arid the organic combination of fixation and pharmacotherapy, sorne chemicals from the market likeresin, stearic acid, etc were melted by heating, mixed with a proper amount of fibres and TCD powders, and pressed into 0. 3-em-thick plates.Then according to the local shape of the fractured extremity the plates were moulded into the splints similar to joint sheath. These splinis wereused for treating 30 cases of juxta-articular fracture with good results. The clinical observations showed that the splints have repeated plastici1y hyheating and produce reliable fixation after cooling, and the repercussive, analgetic and roentgenoparant function has a Significant advantilge overplaster fixation.
