腹腔镜与开放手术行无张力疝修补术的对比研究

Comparison of laparoscopic hernia repair and open hernia repair tension-free

目的比较研究腹腔镜与开放手术在疝修补术中的临床疗效。方法回顾分析60例腹腔镜疝修补术与90例开放手术的临床资料。结果平均手术时间、并发症发生率和住院费用比较,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);平均出血量、止痛药应用比例和住院时间比较,腹腔镜组与开放组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜疝修补手术具有创伤小、康复快、美容等优点,疗效较开放手术好,是腹股沟疝无张力修补术的最佳术式。

[Objective] To evaluate the effect of different tension-free operations in inguinal hernia repair. [Methods] The elinieal data of 90 eases reeeiving open tension-free hernia repair and 60 eases reeeiving laparoscopie hernia repair were analyzed retrospeetively. [Results] laparoseopie group were superior in hospitalization, analgesie using and blood losing than operation group, but had no siguifieant distinetion in cost, eomplieation rate and operation time. [Conclusions] Laparoseopie hernia repair is an optimum method for euring hernia for its advantages of minimal invasion, rapid postoperative reeovery and better eosmetie. It has better effeet than open tensionfree hernia repair.
