On the Privatization of Japan’s Postal Service

China is facing similar problems like those occurred in the Japanese reform of postal service. The privatization of Japan Post has been featured by its steady progress, the supportive laws and policies, the confirmation of the operational scope, the splitting of the postal service businesses, together with other concepts and measurements projected to improve the efficiency of management and operation. Japan＇s experience provides some valuable implications for China.
