摘要
ICP激发光源以其独特的功能使ICP/AES技术在稀土分析中的应用日益广泛,在一定程度上取代了经典的直流电弧光谱法,但应指出,由于常规雾化器的低雾化效率(≤5%)和试样的高倍稀释,ICP/AES技术的实际检测能力的改善并不明显。
A method for the determination of 14 rare earth impurities in Tb4O7 with a purity of 99. 9% by using a JY38 sequential ICP spectrometer is described. The spectral interferences of the matrix were investigated in detail. A simple experimental method is proposed to estimate the optimum concentration of matrix in solution. In the presence of 1 mg/mL of matrix (Tb), the detection limit for the anatytes is between 3. 0×10-2 and 3. 1×10-4 μg/mL (in solution) and 30 and 0. 31 μg/g(in solid) , respectively. The relative standard deviations are in the range form 0. 7% to 4.3% with the exception of Ce.
