放射性^(125)Ⅰ籽源近距离治疗肿瘤研究报告

Report of tumor brachytherapy using ^(125)Ⅰ radio-active seeds

目的探讨放射性(125)~Ⅰ籽源近距离治疗肿瘤的疗效。方法利用CT、超声技术,术中直接或引导介入,用专用植入器规律布源,植入瘤体内或瘤体周围。结果42例中晚期肿瘤患者除5例死亡外,均取得满意疗效。结论放射性(125)~Ⅰ籽源近距离治疗肿瘤疗效确切,操作简便,并发症小。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of tumor brachytherapy by ^125I radio-active seed sources. Methods Under the observation of CT and Supersonic technic and using special feeding machine,the sources were put into the tumor body or the the round of tumor by the direct or guiding way and distributed in a certain regular pattern. Results Satisfactory curative effects were got for 42 cases of tumor suffering patients in mid-late stage except 5 cases of death. Conclusion The tumor brachytherapy using ^125I radio-active seed sources is a way of having definite curative effect, easy operation and light complication.
