摘要
以黄河泥土、小清河淤泥样品为研究对象,从样品中分离、筛选到了1株对偶氮染料酸性嫩黄G具有脱色优势的细菌DYGD-4。根据该菌形态观察、生理生化实验的结果,可以初步判定该菌属于假单胞菌科假单胞菌属。以温度、pH、时间设计的正交实验优化了该菌的脱色条件,结果表明,DYGD-4菌的最适脱色条件是pH7,37℃,24 h。
A bacterium isolated from the Yellow River soil and Xiaoqing River sullage was named DYGD - 4. DYGD - 4 has the dominant ability to discolor acid yellow G. Under the phenotype and the biochemical characters,strain DYGD- 4 was identified as Pseudomonadaceae Pseudomonas. The time, pH and temperature of the best decolorizing conditions of strain DYGD - 4 are studied by orthogonal experiment. The optimal results are:pH7,37 ℃,24 h.
