摘要 作为一种钻井新工艺,空气钻井由于其大幅度提高钻井时效的优势,在钻井施工中广泛应用。为了使综合录井技术适应空气钻井提出的新要求,综合录井应从工艺、手段及方法上进行改进和调整,为此在介绍空气钻井原理的基础上,结合空气钻井在川东北普光气田的应用情况,提出了空气钻井条件下综合录井气体和岩屑采集、岩屑描述、异常预报监测等提高地质录井质量的有效方法,并在工程异常监测方面,系统分析了地层出水、钻具断落和井下燃爆的识别方法,对空气钻井条件下的综合录井作业具有一定的指导意义。 As a new drilling technology, air drilling has been widely used in field drilling operation due to its superiorities of increasing drilling effectiveness by a big margin, in order to make the comprehensive mud logging meet the needs of air drilling technology, it should be improved and adjusted from the aspects of technics, measures and methods. Based on introducing air drilling principles, combining with the applied situation of air drilling in Puguang gas field of the northeast Sichuan Province, the paper put forward the available approaches to improve geologic logging quality from the cases of comprehensive logging gas & cutting acquisition, cutting description, abnormality forecast and monitoring during air drilling. In the aspect of engineering abnormality monitoring, it made a systematic analysis of the formation water exiting, tool broken and falling and downhole initiation identification, thus having a certain guiding significance for comprehensive mud logging under the condition of air drilling.
