摘要
介绍中国铁路时速200km及以上动车组关键技术及客运专线(高速铁路)自主创新和系统集成的主要成果,在总结客运专线建设和铁路历次提速工程经验的基础上,提出大型工程系统集成理论;以大型工程集成理论为指导,对世界范围先进技术资源进行系统集成,可以又好又块地实施大型工程。
The paper introduces the key technologies of multiple unit cars with the speed of 200 km/h and above and main achievement of self-innovation and system integration of passenger-dedicated railway lines and proposes the large-scale project system integration theory by drawing on the past experience on passenger-dedicated railway line construction and speed-raising projects, under whose guidance large scale projects can be carried out rapidly and smoothly.
