依据勘测设计特点,提出了应充分依靠、鼓励设计企业不断优化设计,对项目设计实施动态跟踪管理的理念,提出了选择评价设计队伍的标准。同时建议设计企业应树立唯物求真的风尚,重视总体人才,增强系统设计理念,建立工程经验的积累和推广机制,做好施工配合等工作。

The paper proposes the idea that keeping close track of project design shall be carried out by fully relying on and encouraging enterprises to optimize designs continuously as well as the standard of selecting and evaluating design team. It also suggests that the design enterprises shall build up the atmosphere of seeking for truth, cherishing talents and fostering systematic design concept and establish the mechanism of project experience accumulation and popularization to serve better for the construction.
