应用耳甲软骨“拱桥式”移植修复单侧唇裂鼻畸形

Correction of Secondary Nasal Deformity of Cleft Lip by Using “Arch Bridge” Conchal Cartilage Graft

目的探索及分析耳甲软骨“拱桥式”移植修复在单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形矫正术中的作用。方法对17例单侧唇裂鼻畸形患者采用耳甲软骨“拱桥式”移植,结合患侧鼻翼周边软组织修复,观察临床疗效。结果单侧唇裂鼻畸形患者,采用该术式修复后,患侧鼻翼外形获得显著的改善,临床疗效满意。结论应用耳甲软骨“拱桥式”移植修复后,使患侧鼻翼抬高,塌陷纠正,两侧鼻孔基本对称,是修复唇裂术后鼻畸形的有效方法。

Objective To explore the effect of ＂arch bridge＂ ear eonehal cartilage graft in secondary nasal deformity of cleft lip. Methods The autogenous eonchal cartilage was grafted as a ＂eonehal bridge＂ type. Peripheral soft tissue of nasal alar was repaired simultaneously. Results Seventeen patients of secondary nasal deformity of cleft lip were treat by this method. All patients were satisfied with this operation. Satisfactory external image of nasal alar was obtained. Conclusion ＂Arch bridge＂ ear eonehal cartilage graft can correct the secondary deformity of cliff lip and raise nasal alar. It is a simple and reliable operation with good eon＇eetion.
