学会学习是实施素质教育的迫切需要，是学生终身发展的需要。就当前医学教育存在的实际问题，教师要很好地学习“学会学习”理念和在教学中实践该理念，提高医学生的自主学习能力和创新能力，真正帮助医学生实现从“学会”到“会学”。

＂Mastering learning skills＂ is an urgent necessity for the quality education and the lifetime development of students. Concerning a couple of problems existing in the current medical education, teachers should learn and practice this kind of philosophy during teaching to improve the students＇ self-learning abilities and creativity, make them really master learning skills besides knowledge itself.
