Construction of the fine-designed course of general surgery to train highly qualified medical talents

The new century call for highly qualified medical talent and the construction of the finedesigned course can fit this requirement. The construction of the fine-designed course includes the construction of teachers＇ troop; the construction of propotional fine-designed teaching courseware; the innovation of medical teaching model such as the induction of the problem-based learning teaching model; the application of integrative teaching evaluation system; strengthen the administration to improve the teaching quality; the elevation of the students＇ capability of clinical thinking combined judgment.
