优化整合医学教学方法 培养“会学”型医学人才

进入临床学习阶段后，在内科学血液病的教学中将传统教学方法与以问题为基础教学方法相结合，既可以保证学生掌握扎实的基本功，又可以激发学生的学习热情，提高学生的自学能力，真正培养出“会学”型医学人才，更有利于医学生在未来的职业生涯中完善提高自己，不失为医学教学的一种良好形式。

In the period of clinical study, it is an appropriate method to combine traditionary teaching methods with problem-based learning methods in hematology teaching. It can not only ensure the students to grasp the basal theory, but also can stimulate enthusiasm and help students to cultivate their self-study ability. It is in favour of the students to progress themselves in their career. This is a good method in medical teaching.
